Offhand the only one I can think of is when someone clicks a link from the what's new for a category - they have to go through a whole bunch of pages before being taken to the site tour. :boo:

Why don't you do something constructive and tell me how MANcheck can either better serve webmasters or improve our homepage for surfers.

This isn't a requirement to win, it'll just make the thread more meaningful.

Ok, how about creating, 5 individually tours, based on the first category selected for each site, then doing a bit of experimenting to promote your members site, and boost sales, by offering free access with a automatic re-bill to your members site, keep changing the members site or adding new ones until you can keep enough members that way. Pay any free sign-up 20-25$, drop or cut back some of your possibly restrictive rules, too flood the world with your sites. If all this works out you could have the largest, AVS service in the world, and UGAS can eat your dust.

Something like mancheckelite.com would be great, some kind of really nice portal to the best of the best mancheck sites in each category. It seems like seperating the best sites from the crap goes a long way with surfers, especially as the ratio of crap sites (on every aen/avs) increases.

I think most AVS sites list their sites by the search fraises, the viewers enter, and rotate sites under the main categories, too keep it fresh. The most popular category is always the “What New” one anyway :honest:

If AVS services really started to give provincial treatment to their own sites, it would be the real beginning of the end. I would say NEVER do that, really fast way to lose webmasters.

I think there would be nothing wrong with setting up a network of sites, targeting keywords for each and having the entire network update through the mancheck cms with the latest or most popular webmaster sites, it would just be a bit more exposure.

Its just a really slippery slope when you start to play with rankings, I also know that manchech has not done that in the past, and most likely would not in the future. As I understand it that’s a Big NO NO for them
