holy crap, the traffic in Panama city is retarded. I read an article a few days ago that said car sales increased by 24% last year, whereas the road infrastructure went no where. And don't even try to go out on a payday (the 15th and the 30/31st) unless you enjoy taking an hour to travel one block.

thankfully, I can just get my houseboy to go run errands during the day and not have to deal with it
