Well at this point I'm more pointing out different reasons the producers of the film in question should, of their own accord, remove the product or, at the very least, edit it considerably. Certainly no one but the government can take 2257-based action against them, but their own newfound awareness the film likely doesn't conform to 2257 regulations should be reason enough for them to remove it on their own.
And while a case could certainly be made regardling trademark infringement and the like, I'd hope that simple professional courtesy (because it's professional courtesy I feel has been violated most of all here) would be enough to bring about the video's removal from distribution or, at minimum, alteration.
