Thanks Ken, You're awesome! I don't really care if the doctor is gay or not, but more concerned with them being okay with me being gay. I had a doctor once in Pittsburgh who was really nice and friendly towards me, then one day he casually asked if I had a girlfriend. I replied that I didn't and that I didn't have a boyfriend either. He took on this nervous laugh that carried on through the rest of the appointment. Then the next time I went back to see him, which wasn't a very long time later, I was told that he no longer worked there. It may have been a coincidence but since he didn't mention it nor was I contacted, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I just made the switch over to Charles Gonzales, M.D. He has a pretty big ad in the Gay and Lesbian Yellow Pages, and is pretty attractive himself. LOL!

Actually, his ad trumpets "Individualized Care." It says "With Dr. Gonzales, you'll never have a medical record number. You'll have a name."

That works for me. AND he takes Blue Cross HMO.

I have my first appointment on Tuesday. I need to get a complete check-up and all that. I'll let you know if I get a boner when he feels me up. LOL!
