affiliate programs and freehosting

are there any affiliate programs out there that provide freehosting for your webmasters? if so, do you allow them CGI, PHP, mySQL, .htaccess with all the bells and whistles? or do you just allow them simple FTP and static HTML/images?

I've only come across 1 or 2 that do the whole meal deal. Although I'm not too sure that they also allowed mySQL dbs
