I spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing meals, because I simply love it (preparing, cooking etc) and find it to be one of the most tranquil daily duties (includes washing dishes/cleaning-up).
I rarely (more like never) do instant or precooked/prepared foods.
Last eve was Punjabi Chotney (not chutney) with coconut cream rice, bitter greens dressed with fresh roasted red pepper paste and pineapple sorbet.
Okay, now I am hungry, again.
