I believe that it is a crime to represent oneself as an attorney when one is not. You might email back and tell him this, and also offer to provide a copy of his corrspondence to the Pennsylvania bar association, so that when he *does* go to apply for the bar, this will come up as an ethical breach against him.

Oh, and I wouldn't give him the refund. One chargeback won't hurt you, and he's apparently too stupid to realize he can do that. If he charges back, send him a threatening letter threatening to go after him for fraud, and telling him you'll forward any correspondence to the bar association.
