It is actually seven counts of sexual exploitation of a minor (in various degrees) and 2 counts of money laundering. I removed all of their links as soon as I heard the news, as well as emailed my clients who use Livecharge to pay me.

I have a copy of the indictment sheet that Zak sent to me, and I am currently looking for a new system to allow my models to receive tips. I can get another billing company anywhere... it's the tipping service we need the most, before I start losing models left and right.
