southernexposure, I've never taken my own content photos from public events or licensed photo use. But I've seen plenty of public event photos on websites such as Kev's Cave and they have photos of Mardi Gras, Southern Decadence, etc. So you're saying this is illegal? I though that when someone was in public, they had no expectation of privacy.
