what i'm saying is:

adwords --> fpa --> tour
AND
adwords --> fpa --> joinpage

just like a tour page, the fpa will have both join AND tour links. heck, if you can go direct to join, you could simply make a tour that is exclusive to you. i used to have great success doing that if i made sure the tour was high quality.
