The adult boards are full of "oh woe is me" newbies who have tried the turnkey way to quick money. Take the time to read read read, and then read some more! Ask questions, and answer the ones you feel you have something to contribute to. Networking has always been the backbone to any business's success, adult porn or otherwise.

And you can't expect to make a good living off of one site. You need to learn how to build a good hub site with either pay, free, or avs combination of sites that work thru that hub. And utilize a combination of marketing techniques, link lists, top sites, tgp galleries, and search engines to name a few.
