Perhaps my parents were too in to etiquette and table manners but I watched the video clip of the G-8 leaders all assembling around the table when Bush and Blair were talking and Bush's saying "shit" got caught on tape but really the part about that clip that bugged me the most was W's sitting there muching on a piece of bread, chewing with his mouth open and talking with his mouth full and being a regular table manners ogre.
