Id do the press releases yourselves, in addition to posting them yourselves, most of these PR places just send out an email or post on message boards.. Something that you are more than capable of doing yourself im sure.

Why pay someone a hefty fee for 5 minutes work when you can get it done yourself, for free.

As for where to submit your press releases, ive found the following places are the best to submit to:

webmastervault.com
xbiz.com (the newscaster service)
avnonline.com
ynot.com
gayaw.com
allofem.com

Those 6 places really are all you need to get decent traffic flow from your press releases in addition to hitting the top 10 boards on boardtracker.com
