And some people like me just read the posts but don't write anything. I think Lee is trying to get more active members instead of cleaning the inactive ones. Actions like this would bring only hate and detestation against this forum and the whole site.

This gets done on a regular basis (about every 3-6 months) so it has nothing to do with getting more GWW Community members as it only goes out to those individuals that have been inactive for one reason or another on the GWW Community.

If i wanted to get more active community members, there are better ways of doing it than telling people their accounts will be deleted

I've already survived two of these cleanups but you have to know that not all the members here are post whores... I read few message boards on a daily basis for more than 3 years and and I haven't made more than 20 post in any of them. If you want to clear the inactive users just check who is loging in and who not. Don't force the people to make posts

I'm relatively new to the forum and enjoy reading the posts.

I particularly appreciate the GWW Community Weekly Bulletin, especially if I haven't visited the forum for a few days.

Once I've gotten my feet wet, and more importantly, when I feel I have something of value to contribute, I'm sure I'll be posting more often.

Since this is my first post, I'd like to say hello to everyone. I look forward to building a good working relationship with the other webmasters of the forum over time, and appreciate the info, humor and interaction offered by the forum.
