    I think I might be done with AEBN. I hate how their company is ran. They have great content but have had so many problems. If it wasn't for their content I would of been long ago. I remember a couple years ago there was a huge problem, after every update their servers would be crawling. Many webmasters requested they fix the problem many many times but nothing was ever done. Members complained and cancelled because of this problem. Finally I was fed up, I posted on their board and got other webmasters to also complain because they wouldn't upgrade their servers to fix the problem. One of the webmasters who posted spent over 10k a month on their feeds plus what I spent but it really took going through alot of shit just to make them upgrade their damn servers. I think one damn webmaster spending over 120k a year on their content they would care more about us but it seems like they don't give a shit about us. They are only there to collect their money. It is just ridiculous running a leased feed company like they do.

    We should all go over to their message board. I am a very nice and patient person but I have had it. I am trying to think of their message board url, anyone know?

    I tried all those. I called them and they told me the problem could not be fixed until Monday and I emailed them and the tech said "i sent this information to my supervisor and it is not that i do not care but nothing can be done until monday." (shakes head in disbelief)

    Ya I talked to them too, they said if I do not want to pay for this months feeds I can talk to my agent on Monday. Do we really think the feeds just went down today, I find that hard to believe? I have not checked them in about a week or so “I normally check them every week just to see WTF is wrong now” but for them to go down on the same day/hour I checked them would be kinda unbelievable, personally I would bet they have been down at lease a day or 2 before this.

    I think everyone should ask for a free month, maybe then they will learn something :$$$:

    I just checked mine.

    I checked 5 random one of them all the videos all sizes and they're working.

    That is very strange. I have only ran into one other webmaster who said their feeds were working. GFY there is tons of webmasters whose feeds are not working.

    They were working for me two days ago I know that much.

    I started out working for the cable company in customer service. I'd hate it when the cable would go out for a few minutes, or seconds, and we'd get fluded with people wanting a full days credit LOL

    Well maybe it just happens yesterday or today then man, the difference between this and cable is one its not just a few hours more like 3 days +, and with cable you do not rely on them to keep your members happy “retention”, just individually use it for entertainment. We will all lose maybe 5% of members because of this maybe more, its really easy to cancel a membership to a site and people are just looking for any excuse to do it. This make all of use look really bad, and like I said before members will blame us for this,not them :ill:
