Yeah I am thinking the same. I am getting tons of complaints and cancels already even though I have a message in the members sections about the feeds having problems. It has been a long road of alot of bs with them and this just takes the cake.Originally Posted by maxpower

Let me guess I bet this billing question had to do with over charging you for bandwidth of feeds you did not even have our use.
If I was all of you I would take down your bandwidth usage now and see how much they say you use while the feeds are down

I know man, for every one person that e-mails you and says they are canceling cuzz of this stuff I bet their are 50 others that just do it with out saying a word. I Really Really hate the idea of removing their feeds, they do offer allot of movies every month, but what can I do?

Of course I do manOn my site its that Twink for Cash feed even though I like the First Experience feed allot more. I really like them too, weekly updates are a good thing in my book. They are my fav too, I just wish they had more of them, I know they just opened another one but wish they had as many as AEBN does.

The woman on the live chat tech support said it could be down for up to twelve hours and beyond that she didn't know

That’s just another thing I love about AEBN, if you ask them the same thing 3 times you will get 3 different answers. I would not hold my breath on that 12 hour stuff, My guess would be late Monday with the new movies, I think we have had it with the moves they are offering now, but hey what do I know. 12 hours would sound better, they should be yielding to all the pressure people are putting on them, but this is The World Leader here so what do they really care about us anyway.

Still down here. I remember a couple years ago when quite a few of the AEBN movies used to be in our top ten now there is only one which is the number 9 spot. I am going to start removing links today to at least 1/2 of their feeds and replacing them with content from another provider.

My sales #’s with him are doing ok, not sure if my payments are falling behind, but to tell the truth I think I only got 3 checks this month. But again one of the weeks I might not have hit the amount needed for a payment, I have been working really hard to open my new site so I have fallen behind on some things. You can not expect a site to hold the same numbers forever, his numbers still look good compared to allot of sites I know of, but as more people prompt a site and the older a site gets the lower the ratios get that’s just how it is. Its summer too allot of people do not want to come out with to much new stuff now its kinda like TV in that way.

Our payments are not behind at all, everything has been paid ontime as usual since 1997. We also going to release 4 new sites before Oct.

Here is aebn's response to my post on gfy. This is just ridiculous now they are trying to tell me about 3 account were turned off. Even though I have seen way more that that with the error message "feed have been disabled" Even if this was true why the hell would a company I have been doing business with 5-2003 just turn off my feeds without any notice.
"AEBN feeds are not down. About three accounts were turned off for reasons I will not discuss here.
Feed clients whose feeds have been disabled should contact their account rep to get them turned back on.
Customer Service can not work with these specific issues. Again, to be fair to these clients, I won't discuss the specific issues here."

My feeds are working....today, and the per scene play selections are working.
But last week i had a day where they were not working...but today i seem to be exempted from this issue.....
