I still find that MANcheck converts best for me. They have one of the best premium members sections I've seen. And with only needing 100 pictures for a Plus gallery, it's not too hard to manage.

I try to sell UGAS, but those memberships are harder to sell. UGAS is great for upsell traffic to your secondary sponsors. UGAS Platinum's 300 picture require is a tough haul. Plus I find UGAS's approval process cumbersome: Submit a gallery, apply for Preferred status, submit a picture, get an e-mail notifying you that your gallery is being considered, another that your picture was approved, another giving you the Preferred script, even though you have a Preferred scripts already on the gallery. Man it just goes on and on.

Rainbow Passport is also a tough sell I find. They have really strict traffic leak rules, so you jump through hoops to provide a clean page, and then, they don't send much traffic. Plus with being located in the Netherlands, their join page is a little stilted in the language department.

I never tried Global Male Pass because they had a really bad reputation of taking forever to approve galleries. If I put a gallery up today, I want it approved within 24 hours, not sometime in the next two weeks.

I never tried Mansites. I'm really fond of rebilling, so I don't really like the one-time payout idea.

    Cheers,
    Michael

GMP is fast man, with-in 24hours normally like 5 or less no recurring I know of, but they do play well with others so they are on the top of my list.

Results may vary I would test it, but would be ready to move on soon after.

You pretty much implied buy "has been" program and not "20%" of it used to be. Both statments are wrong. Check out SexKeys board. Webmasters are still converting, less that before granted but its still pretty strong and alot of webmasters are earning a good living off avs.

BTW I know of paysite owners who are struggling too, in these days where some free sites directories want 50+ pics, if tough for everyone. Paysite isnt that much easier. If you cant sell avs i dont see how your going to do well at paysites but thats just my $0.02

    Hey Everyone,

I have been lurking on the board, but it's time I contribute.

MarcJacob, easy answer to your question, yes we can get you new creatives.
If you can shoot me an email at craig "at" mansites.com I will get with you and find out exactly what you need.

In regards to "do mixed companies care", I can answer for us and say Heck Yeah!

We are proud of our relationships and look forward to building more. I don't believe a company or webmaster has to be gay or straight to do a compelling site. I do believe they HAVE to do their homework though.

The last question about AVS's is that the one's left standing are doing very well. Visa had a hand in killing some AVS systems, and approving others. Visa had very strong issues about AVS's and who was in control of the content and who was responsible, Their big issue was when they would track a site that was doing something very wrong, site owners could point their fingers and say "it's not us". So Visa went out of its way to make sure responsibility was correctly assigned, and if you are accepting Visa's transactions, you know you are ultimately responsible for anything on your page. Their other issue was that they didin't like being used as a tool to verify age, as their business model includes minors who have cards under their parents. Mansites, I'm proud to say, was one of the first models they signed off on.

Currently, mansites is converting about 1/65, sunday was 1/44, and I'll match our conversions with most anyone. For a free sign up that pays $20 it's an easy moneymaker for most webmasters. Exit traffic alone is a no-brainer.

I will make it a point to be on these boards to answer any and all questions.

For those at the internext show, it was great seeing you, and it's good to be home after all the travel. Apparently with all the trouble at the airports, we got out of Florida at a good time.

dwayne - the bottom line to me is whether sexkey will continue to have women on join pages selling only gay or solo male content. who cares about the banner that goes on our page? the join page has chicks on it.

for that matter, it's too bad granny and ebony sites that work so hard to sell memberships have to send their traffic to a page that is all white young females.

    Hey BassChick,
I'm taking over the sales for Mansites, and the easy answer is yes, we will get a join page that is appropriate for gay traffic. Let me know if you have any additional questions. We should have this done shortly.

    thanks craig.

are you going to redo the mansites tour? the pic choices are very weak and the tour itself could be more linear and focused on getting people to the join page.

Craig thats great for mansites, very pleased to hear that, but my site on sex key cant stay on sexkey. Im not sending gay surfers to a sign up page with girls on it. (yes ill move that to you - gonna email you now!)

My thing is that i feel let down by sex key for doing this. I worry about other webmasters who arnt on this board, where will they go? ugas? gmp? gay passport?

We will change the join page on Sexkey, and for Mansites, for any critiques it may get, it still converts extremely well. Keep in mind your traffic. Is it targeted, and if so, to whom? Mansites does best being a gay site, where Sexkey has always done well for the group that isn't yet ready to join a gay site. We found that when we promoted from one site to the other, it didn't convert as well, holding true that they are two unique sites with it's own group of surfers.

You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?
