Go to "Display Galleries"
Click the "Unconfirmed" box, then "Display"
This will bring them all up.
The look for the field that says "Unconfirmed"
Click it and you'll be able to change it to whatever you want.

If you want to delete the gallery, look far right.

I did have a problem where I'd change it to "reject" or whatever, and then, when I moved on to do a second one on the page so I could confirm a whole batch, it would change back.

So I had to do one at a time: "reject" then "confirm changes" button.
