Suggestions On How To Add A 'Feedback' Page?

Before the CCBill cancellation of membership process can begin?

Does anyone know if there are scripts that will take user submitted feedback / polling options then, upon completion of the form, redirect the surfer to a specific page, in this instance CCBills cancellation page?

Have any of you paysite owners tried anything like this before on your members who want to cancel their membership and, if so, did you notice any difference in the amount of members who just cancelled, in comparison to those that just created a chargeback?

Im wanting to try this out however, not at the risk of stopping members cancelling and just issuing chargebacks instead.

Any thoughts or feedback on this you would like to share?

we have one.

they choose theire main reason for canceling from a list then when they click next it gives them a couple of pages explaining where the stuff is in case they missed it. like if they say not enought photos it shows them all the places we have photos. I think it does help. we stop like 30% of cancelations like this. we track when they hit the 1st page vs if they hit the actual final cancel page.

no i just wrote it, its simple asp scripting

I'd worry (just a little though) this would annoy the member when they have to answer the same type of question for ccbill when they cancel.

Interested in hearing how it works out for you if you try it though . . .
