Not really. Are the records kept in Suite whatever, or in that same building? You know how the courts are and they could nitpick that very thing. In fact, I'd bet something like that would be what trips people up and not a lack of record keeping.

But listing the name of the employee who is Custodian of Records has always been around, even in the original law.

As far as the CP stuff, I won't click links to see what content is there, but words are associated with CP and man love is certainly not a good thing to be associated with in this industry.

All it does is put suspicion on the rest of us and lump us all into a category of gay adult webmasters trying to get young kids.

I wonder how many people registered on this board who don't post, or don't post often, have sites that many of us would turn up their nose at.
