Max contributes next to nothing substantive to GWW except constant noise, repeated demonstrations of ignorance, and driving away valuable contributors to the site.
He should have been banned long, long ago, but Lee has chosen to be exceptionally conservative in his interpretation of violation of GWW policies, so we're unfortunately stuck with him until either there's an organized boycott of GWW until Max is banned, or until Max does something to sufficiently piss off Lee that he can be banned.
The quality of the discussions on the board has significantly degraded since Max has been around, and I've privately spoken with a number of posters who are frustrated with the waste of resources and loss of contributors that have occurred since Max has been here... so hopefully things will eventually return to normal one way or another.

THax again man, but I guess I give them someone to blow off steam at so in a way I let most of it go. Very few people that I would really trust around here anyway and none of them play these games. Really I just come around to talk to the few people I trust and all the rest is BS chat.

Marc, Paco is a beloved member of our community and his posts are very humorous... and they DO make sense. You just have to scratch the surface a little to find the hidden gems of wisdom.
And Marc, you seem like a nice guy. Please don't get too wrapped up in defending Max because he will drag you down and disappoint you eventually.
