As I officially near middle age (one more year to go) I guess I'm entitled to empart some wisdom on the youngsters of the clan here.

Live for today. Don't live for tomorrow or next Monday like I've spent a great deal of my life doing.

I got myself a birthday tattoo, it says "No Excuses" across my arm now. It was inspired by Kyle Maynard, a man with no hands or feet who has done amazing things with his life. He's a wrestling champion and he's my inspiration for this next leg of my journey.

In 1989 I was told I would be dead in two years. I'm still here. I'm a tenacious bugger.
