Is paycom.net a good processor?

Hey MaxPower - I don't know what kind of problems set off the reviewer at CCBill's bank but what I can tell you is that there are pretty straighforward rules set forth by the card associations that unfortunately become open for interpretation when bank compliance personell get involved. There are a lot of grey areas.

To answer your question... Epoch/Paycom will be celebrating ten years of service this year. Each processor is slightly different and CCBill is a fine company. As a matter of fact, once your business grows to a substantial volume you should use both Epoch and CCBill in a cascade (with Epoch as your primary, of course). ;-) Oh.. and we do not use the same banks.

Hey man, I did try to call you many times today and yesterday but you are never in the office. I am talking with Moises right now with you guys, he sent my site off for your compliance department to look at.

I am just wondering if you guys have a Rep other than you I guess “your not in the office much” That knows and understands the available gay twink content, as well as the major gay studios. I would really prefer to deal with someone I know will fully understand my situation and how well know this content is and how respected the studios are it comes from. I know this might sound weird but I have had problems so I would really appreciate it if you could provide me with someone as a Rep that really understands gay content.

We, Large Cash, have been with Paycom for six or so years now.
As with Lisa, we tried other processors but soon realized what a mistake that was and returned to the very professional, very helpful and very cool crew of Paycom, somewhat quickly.

The support staff rocks!
The technical department are on the ball.
All other persons at Paycom, whom I've been in contact with, have been more than a pleasure to deal with.

I must say paycom was really easy to work with, their compliance department has already look at my site, and the ball is already rolling too send this site to the bank. I am sure the bank will drag their feet, but that really has nothing to do with the service that paycom has provided me. :thumbsup:

Ya thank you too man, I am just worried about the bank to tell the truth. I have not had a problem with any processors counting you guys and Ccbill. The sites really not that bad as people have said, and most people know the content providers I have used as well. From what the compliance department has said I am sure we will not have many problems.

I must say again that you guys where really fast and helpful
