This is like saying, "I'm not going to go to McDonald's because I don't like fried fish sandwiches". Like you can't go, enjoy everything else the trade show has to offer lilke the great seminars, the chance to meet and network with your peers in the industry, make plenty of business contacts and deals that could potentially make you a lot of money. But yeah, you're right. After all the business is done people like to have a little fun. And that's just not right. You really should just stay home.
I am sure one day I will go to a few of these things, but I think I will skip the “fun” part. I am ok with drinking and all, but when things start to degrade into some kind of a striper love feast or something it might be time to take off. I do not expect others to do the same, but I just do not see that personally as “fun” a bit creepy, or sad yes, but not something I really need to see. I can do that kind of stuff around here if that’s what I wanted, sorry it just sounds more like a EMP/Viewer kind of thing to me, but I could be wrong about that.

BTW I am sure the McDonald's owners conferences do not have many “fried fish sandwiches” or at least the owners are not into eating that crap themselves. :king:
