What is needet to file for bankrupcy in the US?
I mean to file the bankrupcy for another company

Creditors can force a company into bankruptcy, but in this case, it would probably be difficult because I don't think Pulz is a US-based company, and it now seems highly questionable that Reece actually has any assets, at least any liquid ones, so there'd be no money even to pay the cost of the filings.

If Reece did have money, it would have been a simple matter to wire funds to all the people in question, and we've also had well over a week since the message about "waiting for the transfers to be received/confirmed" and the slowest ACH transfers take only about 3 business days.

Over a week, no one has been paid, i think its fair to say we all know what happened now, those companies were scammed, plain and simple.

What was it someone supporting Putz posted here? Something like they weren't scamming anyone because nobody lost anything? Something along those lines? Is that how most people are seeing this?

It really seems like money owed was not paid and probably wont be. Always be wary of newbies who claim to be big shots.

I think there is a Delaware company out there but it probably has no assets, and forced bankruptcy would not be the best course of action. Most likely it would have to be a civil suit against Pulz and the officers/owners personally. Even if they are in the UK or other EU country they can still be brought into court under the Hauge Convention. It is a tedious process but it can be done.

I know of at least one major company that has still not been paid by Pulz, and who was in touch with a former Pulz employee, who has scandalous things to say about his former employers. And that's all I've got to say about that.

Well with that, it makes 3 companies i know of that havent been paid as yet.

I guess (yet again) we were all right about these scammers... I just wish for once someone who is accused of being a scammer would actually prove us wrong, it never seems to happen though
