Its not even those months Lee. I used to work for a company that was always 3-4 months behind on paying content bills. However, they were rarely late on paying advertising bills probably because most advertisers want prepayment. The reason I was told they did this was for cash flow, they would not pay till they received termination correspondence.

When we started PSI, we knew we didn't want to be that type of company. I just don't know how reps and owners can possibly look the people in the face at trade shows knowing they're 4 months behind on payments. How can you possibly form solid relationships and do what you're supposed to do at shows when you're constantly trying to avoid certain people because you're a delinquent customer.
