MUCH BETTER! Big pics on a wide page... excellent! You might want to mess around with the yellow image border a bit... make it narrower or less bright. It detracts from the images a little. And you may want to try aligning the smaller images in the right column differently. The zig-zag alignment is a little confusing to my eye.

Oh, and I like the blue too. The black is nice too but the blue is very pleasing to my eye.
