I understand and agree. And, I really eat it there very seldom, but when you are raised in the south as I was, well, you just got to have your "fix" every once in awhile.

I usually head for Georgia once or twice a year....and chow down at The Waffle House.

Hell, between, smoking, sitting at the computer everday drinking endless cups of coffee and not exercing (my philosphy on exercise is whenever I get the urge to do that, I simply lay down till it passes), I doubt two sit downs a year at The Waffle House is going to kill me.

Now, if I could only get Madame to come over with her paddles while I'm laying down, the world would once again get back in balance!!

It wasn't me! It was a friend of mine... REALLY! Lol.

In all truth, it's my partner that got the DUI in Tuscon last year. We were together and it was just chance that I wasn't driving. But yes, we learned our lesson... after $7,000, 24 hours in jail (for my partner) and a DUI conviction. We sure are going to miss visiting our best friends, Michael and Ted, in Toronto... that's gotta be the hardest part.

We did send Chris and David to take care of meetings...or was that drinking...MMmmm.....all I know is that I'm here instead of there. I deserve a Morton's dinner from my husband for that!

YUM...Waffle House. It's small, somewhat dirty, but...MMmmyum...it is good.

They do have the taco bell kits you can buy at the store here, seasoning, shells, sauces etc. and that's the closest we've gotten to the actual, authentic, heart clogging experience of a real taco bell moment.
