CCBill Program Owners...

Have you been getting your 'A Web Partner Has Made A Sale' emails the last 2 weeks?

I havent had one in the last 14 days despite a heap of affiliate sales going through, usually when this happens it cuts out for a couple of days then catches back up again but so far, nadda

Was just curious to see if it was only me who is experiencing this problem?

For me, its been from 09/20 onwards right now

929078 is my account.

Im getting every other email perfectly, sales, cancellations, denails, etc

Its only the web partner sales notifications that dont seem to be working and thats annoying because its meaning i have to login to Webadmin every hour or so to see which affiliates have made sales LOL

Lee,

I have run a few tests on the account, but unfortunately, I am not able to receive a resolution. I will have this issue escalated to our programming department, and they will be able to determine why these e-mails are not being received.
