He won't be charged with anything. If going after someone under 18 in a place where 16 is the age of consent makes him a *********, then most US states endorse pedophilia. Only a handful of states have the age of consent set at 18. The "****!" claim is coming from Dems looking for blood.

This is really just a moral issue and a question of what the Republican party actually stands for. Foley had to resign in the name of preserving the (false) Republican image.

If he was a Democrat he would have been able to stay in office and probably be re-elected. That is what Gerry Stubbs did, who was actually caught having sex with a 17yo male page. Not just having dirty chats with them. Then of course Barney Frank gets called out for having a boyfriend who runs a male prostitute business out of their home. He too got re-elected.

But again, the Dems are not the party that comes out against gays. So the Repukes deserve everything they get.


I didn't catch the whole thing, but there was a gay rights activist group on Bill O'Reilly. The guy said that within the next few weeks he was going to release the names of closeted gay Republicans who have been taking anti-gay stances in public. If he does in fact do this and there is some substance to the claims, it's over for the Republicans.
