Yeah, because it's not like you can just... oh, I dunno... NOT look at it?

It's like that lady who sued MySpace because her preteen daughter met some kid through there who raped her. Where the fuck was the parent when her daughter was out running around unsupervised??? I'll tell you, when I was a kid, my mother knew what TV shows I was watching, who I was hanging out with. If I was at a friends, my mom knew their mother, at least enough to make a phone call and check up on me if she needed to. And yes, I was a good kid, but I did sneak in episodes of Benny Hill when they went to bed, some of the books I read were very sexually explicit (for Sci-Fi novels) and yes, I would buy records with my lunch money and sneak them into my record collection. The thing is, my big "rebellion" was practically insignificant but I thought I was really getting away with murder. It's when parents don't pay any attention to what their kids are doing when kids start getting into trouble. It's not the internet or movies or records.
