At the end of the day, real or not, it still promotes an activity that is illegal in real life, these types of sites are the kind that give the whole industry a bad name.

Ive been outspoken about sites like that before, as i said above, sites that promote activities that are illegal 'in the real world' shouldnt be allowed online as they only taint us all with the same brush.

Just because we operate 'online' that doesnt shield us from the laws of the countries we operate our businesses in, if something is illegal to do 'for real' it should be (and most likely is) illegal to do online.

Your argument has no merit.

Gay sex is illegal in MANY countries. Sodomy was illegal in many states until very recently. Porn itself is heavily restricted and even illegal in many countries. By your logic, we should all close down because we are all certainly breaking the law somwhere in the world.

That is exactly my point, those companies that WERE breaking the law by publishing stuff online that was illegal in their country/state were prosecuted for doing so, because they broke their local laws.
