They aren't REALLY dead! It's nothing but some Male Top who likes bondage. I've plastic wrapped many a slut in my day. So much FUN, cutting them out, snip by snip.
Now if there were morgue pictures w/ stuppin' I'd be shocked. But I'm weird, I look at State run websites that show unidentified dead ppl and I find a walk through a cemetary so peaceful.
Did you know the first cemetery in San Fran, was The place to socialize and picnic. Central Park was designed after it too.
it ain't necrofilia if they ain't dead, just like it isn't rape if it's two consentual adults acting out their fantasy.
btw, madame - have you seen find a grave? there are a couple popups but it's pretty good stuff!
At the end of the day, real or not, it still promotes an activity that is illegal in real life, these types of sites are the kind that give the whole industry a bad name.

Ive been outspoken about sites like that before, as i said above, sites that promote activities that are illegal 'in the real world' shouldnt be allowed online as they only taint us all with the same brush.
Just because we operate 'online' that doesnt shield us from the laws of the countries we operate our businesses in, if something is illegal to do 'for real' it should be (and most likely is) illegal to do online.

Lee,
This is the question I was trying to get accross in my frat-hazing site thread. (But not very well.)
http://forums.gaywidewebmasters.com/...ad.php?t=20441
Hazing is illegal in all 50 states also...and yet I have a site that would on the surface appear to be promoting hazing...even though they are actors, etc.
Is my site somehow different? Or am I tainting the adutl community with my paddle? Where do we draw the line? Is hazing ok but not necro or kidnapping fantasy?
Now..I do draw the line at spanking dead people...but hey...I dont see a problem with anyone representing their fantasies online.

You can find your state law on hazing here....

But lets assume for a moment that Hazing is illegal...which it seems to be. Does that means sites like mine cross the line? You sort of dogged the real question.
Don't make me haze you into giving an answer! :whip:

If you check the text of various states, you'll see that it basically deals in 'forced hazing' not hazing where the person being hazed has actually agreed to it. Its also worth noting that almost every description of what is illegal under the various state laws mentions somewhere 'forced' or 'coerced'.
Is your site forcing or coercing people in to being spanked? If not, then it isnt illegal, its that simple.
Regards,
Lee
In the fantasy clips yes, of course they are being forced and coerced into being spanked and hazed...that is the fantasy of it all. Very few guys would pay to watch to guys that are into it spank each other.
In reality, they are all consenting adults...with safety words, fake tears in some cases, etc. Just like I assume the necro site has their safety words, etc. in use.
But lets go back for a moment about what you said earlier about sites that promote illegal activity giving the industry a bad name...
Wasn't sodomy illegal just a short while back? Hmm....
Not to be a pest...I am just curious where you draw the line...and why.

I think it's a delicate question and it really comes down to what a given webmaster is comfortable with. Ultimately, the Miller test is what the supreme court has (so far) decreed as the litmus test for obscenity. Now of course, the wackos in Texas decided that all dildos are obscene so state regulations may vary, but at the federal level, if you're talking about legalities, as long as you're within the bounds of the Miller test, your content should not be considered obscene.
The other question is what one as a webmaster is comfortable portraying in terms of his models, society, etc. We try to produce work that our models will be comfortable with and proud of, and we find that nearly all of our models are proud of the finished product that they're in. That's why, for example, we aren't comfortable producing pissing videos or scat or that sort of thing; not just because of obscenity concerns, but because, regardless of the willingness of the model to engage in it, we feel like it's degrading to ask someone to participate in that.
I'm not saying that it's wrong for others to produce that sort of work, and I also realize that some people will argue that the content we produce could be degrading... but we try to be guided by what we feel comfortable asking models to do as well as what we can legally produce while staying on the right side of the law.
Wait a second. If movies depicting rape and murder are OK, why isn't porn that depicts a guy sucking another guy off while he's sleeping OK? It's the SAME CONCEPT.
Besides, we all know that the model had to sign a release form before they filmed, so we all know it's totally consensual.
If Jodie Foster can get gang-raped on film, then some dude who signed a consent form can get sucked off while pretending to be asleep. That's how I see it.

Your argument has no merit.
Gay sex is illegal in MANY countries. Sodomy was illegal in many states until very recently. Porn itself is heavily restricted and even illegal in many countries. By your logic, we should all close down because we are all certainly breaking the law somwhere in the world.
