I've had this happen 3 times this year with verotel - feedback on the board was that with verotel it happened with verotel a few times a year.

Only problem when it happens is it knocks your assement of business for that day/week out when you think sales are what ever, then you get a boat load in a week later.

I have not seen it with ccbill tho - strange
