Troubleshooting help...

Its in IE6, IE7, and firefox 1.5.

Since it happens in them all, I believe its a java or a windows xp problem. I have 4 computers in this room and they all take forever to load anything java.

perhaps a browser problem? what browser do ya use?

Not technical related... but I don't like the main page that has clickable text combined with non-clickable text on the graphic.

"MEMBERS JOIN PREVIEW" should stick out more and probably outlined or embossed to give it that "click me" feel. My first instinct was to click something in the red or blue text below the pic in order to move on.

The same applies to "Please show me More" and "Continue" in the red areas of the preview pages. They should be separate.

Do you agree?

I could not agree more. In fact, I was trying to upload my new site design when I discovered 'my' internet problems and could not connect to the server to upload the new files. I think you will really like my NEW design, which is waiting for the AT&T and QWEST Backbones to resolve and start talking again. I am in Colorado and I can not connect or load ANY website that is hosted in LA. My server is in LA, and thus I cant FTP to it. I got off the phone with Qwest about an hour ago and they are aware of it...and are running script to fix the issues. I will load my new site design as soon as it is done. But in short, thanks for the feedback.

There is NO java on my site. It is pure HTML with a few pics.

Hmm, I thought I tried your site the other day and saw java. Maybe I'm confused with another one. I'm not able to get the front page to load now, but I did a tracert to it and it loaded ok.

Well, I do my site 100% myself...and I don't even know what JAVA is (I am really new to the online side of things.) So, I doubt it is on there. As far as I know, it is only HTML and a little Cascading Style Sheet once you are inside the members area.

I have a problem loading your site. Its not a connection issue for me, but a java issue. I gave up after 4 minutes waiting for java to load on my computer to show your front page. This happens to all sites that have java for me. I tried it on multiple computers, but happens on them all. I've tried unstalling java and re-installing it, but they all still load slowly. So makes me think java is horrible. What is on your site that requires it to load java?

Interesting! Can you click http://www.uknakedmen.com/tour/ and see if it has the same problem. I have a 2 javascripts on the page... an image rotator javascript (2nd image down the right column) and a google analytics javascript.

It's not javascript, it's java applets, like what gayDOTcom and manhunt uses for chatting. Your pages load very fast for me.
