Providing legitimate content on youtube with a watermark to your site isn't spam.

Creating a simple model profile on MySpace with a link to offsite content, or a watermark to a site, isn't spam either.

Kissme has said she doesn't claim to be the models, and she hasn't indicated that she uses the models names in the profiles.

Like anything, if you go over the top and are excessive and/or aggressive in your marketing, it could definately turn into spam and easily violate youtubes or myspaces TOS.
