Guys,

I have to agree that Russian (and any from countries that end in 'Stan) seem to have themselves tied up in a disproportionate amount of dodgy, borderline and straight our scamming and illegal practices.

Our experiences have led us to pretty much exclude ANY from those reqions from doing business with us, except those we know or have good references for.

Lee - I do not think this can be explained away in 95% as a lack of communication or understanding.

They have another God awful habit of playing the "no-understand" card if you approach them about things, but suddenly grow a vocabularly when they don't listen or respond, you cancel their account and they are chasing their check!!

TOO many coincidences, WAY too often IMHO.
