Maybe not a question one should ask I know, but I would think that everyone has at some point thought about it.
Which site would you think had the most active members?

I was going to say Corbin because I'll bet Sean Cody lost a lot of members when they went to DRM. DRM requires the surfer to log in a second time and there have been problems with DRM in general, so I'm betting a lot of surfers just cancelled and moved on. But now I notice Corbin Fisher has DRM, too.
This is a tough one, I think they're probably pretty evenly matched, but I think Sean Cody's been around longer.
How's that for a non-committed answer?

I've heard a lot of people quietly debate this issue... I'm guessing that CF probably has a larger member base at this point because, although SC has been around a lot longer, i think CF has been a lot more visible recently... and because "newer" does sell to the surfer.
THe other thing that influences it is I've noticed that SC is getting REALLY aggressive at scouting models, and I don't think they'd be doing that if they weren't concerned about competitive edge.
Here is a site, that may give some insite into the size of the member base.

Perhaps you can translate what some of that means? How is the "ranking" at the top of the list near 30,000?
They both deserve the places they hold either way.
The amount of advertising, the hot models, and the great members areas.
My ex has memberships to both and never lets them subside

those are relative rankings by two gigantic traffic organizations, Alexa and Overture. 30,000 means it's the 30,000th most popular site on the web overall (according to the traffic monitored by Alexa, for example), not just with porn.
That is true Chip and to add to that, the rankings are based on searches through those search engines and do not give a true over all answer of popularity and certainly not that of members.
