Linking Directory?

I use EditPlus2 at home (http://www.editplus.com/) - it has code highlighting which i find VERY helpful.
On my server I use vim.

But then I'm somewhat of an extremist - I also code HTML in EditPlus2 / vim / notepad.exe.
