I'm not sure that DRM would even protect it... basically if a user wants it bad enough, there are tools out there that will capture whatever is appearing on the screen or playing through the speakers regardless of whatever protection is there.
The way I look at it, the function of DRM is to provide a basic lock on the door. Someone that wants to can pick the lock pretty easily, like sliding a credit card in the doorjamb. But most just won't bother and will go somewhere else.
