I dont think thats spoilt. You need a rep in case something goes wrong, like missing payments or something. I dont demand a rep on icq but if they offer that service then dont auth me i see it as being poor comunications. You need good comunications through either email or chat as a minimum i think.

Also by rep we just mean a contact. That only needs to be the program owner, not someone hired just to deal with us.
