I think if the site is gimmicky (hitchiker, bait, etc.) the lifespan of the model is very short on those particular sites. He can't continue to be a first-timer forever.

If the model is used on more straight-forward sites, the model can essentially become a featured surfer favorite... even a star. A good example of this is a model is a Canadian model named Marco. He has appeared on several TopBucks, SicCash, etc. reality sites but he is definitely a surfer favorite as they want to see more of him.
