Hey Michael, we share the same goal

I started working out months ago, but I only did 1 hour walks, 3-5 times a week. Not enough, obviously.

As of last week, I'm up to 2 hours a day at the gym with an average hearbeat rate of 135-140 bpm. It's murder . I go with my husband most days, so at least we get to walk on the treadmill next to each other and talk. Like you, it's a health issue with me. My mom and sister both have diabetes now, and I just won't end up there myself. The weight loss project now takes priority over anything else, work included. So, between working out for 2 hours a day, sleeping an extra hour or two to cover up for the muscle buildup and spending time with my kids... I am left with under 5 hours of work a day
