True but, for a lot of these sponsors, they arent using the same tricks to get the surfer to join their sites, they are changing them.

Okay but with that, does that have you concerned as a webmaster?

These straight sponsors haven't a clue sometimes when it comes to understanding what makes gay men (and lesbians) hot and bothered.
As a PPS sponsor though, a lot of these types of site really dont care about offering up something of 'quality' to the surfer, the owners just want their money.

Basically, with all these predominantly straight sponsors starting to go the micr-niche route, is anyone concerned that we're going to see the same happen on the gay side of the industry that has happened on the straight side? Lower conversions, loss of surfer trust/loyalty, diminished profits etc.

We all know that for the most part the str8 sponsors pushing out these micro-niched sites with 8 sets of content in them at launch, is all the niche specific content those sites are even going to have in them, but the fact these sponsors are paying out $40 for a $1 trial, imho means that a lot more gay surfers will be joining those sites first before seeing any of the quality sites published by those in the gay industry.
