    You can also, if the corrections are relatively simple, use something like Eyebatch, which most people find a little easier to batch with than setting up a Photoshop action.

    ditto to what Panky said - create an action.
    So, record the actions once and apply it to all in the folder.

    Here is a walk-through I did (for watermarking, but can be used for recording any action) sometime back:

    NOTE: Step 6 (Watermark) will be the actions or steps you perform (correcting your image). So, simply ignore the text 'watermark'.
