On a serious note (my past posts have been less serious which isnt nice but neither was she imo)..
What she a right to was his money pro rated to one year of his life which she was involved with. If she got his income divided by the number of years he had it times the one year she was with him, that would seem fair. But to want it all and to fight his FAMILY to get that is cold blooded and sick and makes her a whore imo.
Which ever way you look at her, his family where there for a lot longer than she was.
She fucked (maybe) and old guy for his cash, knowing that he would die soon. That called a prostitute where i come from. Maybe she she didnt fuck him. In the UK that would mean they arnt legally married but id guess thats not the case in the usa.
Either way she was a filthy whore who took advantage of an elderly gent and then went to court to fight his grieving family for every last cent that they deserved. She died in the gutter where she belongs.

I don't think she ever took claim on wanting everything of his.. she wanted half which is what he told her that she would get. She never hurt anyone, she wasnt doing mass killings, she wasn't hurting anyone, she wasn't exploiting kids.
She was just famous, and she just fought for what was hers, if that warrants worth dying in a 'gutter' then I would proudly take that fate any day in her shoes.
One think I absolutely cannot believe is the number of people in this thread bashing Anna Nicole and saying she got what she deserved. And there is hardly anyone defending her.
The sad part of this is that even Brian Kocis got more defense for people downing his death than what she is. IMO she NEVER, EVER, EVER did anything on that magnitude.
You obviously don't know anything about her relationship with Hword J. He LOVED big busted women and would frequent strip clubs and lavish the girls with gifts. He met Anna at a strip club where she was working as a dancer. If anything, he wanted her to have what she was legally owed.
His family are the one's that want to deny Howard's questionable past behavior and rewrite the history of their boob-loving father. He got what he wanted and she was repeatedly denied what she was owed.
IMHO, if she was taking drugs, and did in fact die of an overdose, then she did get what she deserved.
I have absolutely no qualms about not feeling sorry for anyone who dies because of their own stupidity, in this instance, she did get what she deserved, just as heroin junkies who die of an overdose get what they deserve... It was her decision to take the drugs, nobody forced her.
Im actually more apalled by the amount of people who actually said it was a shame that Kocis died, it wasnt, he was a kiddie fiddler and he got exactly what he deserved, the circumstances surrounding his death were bad, but he was a self admitted kiddy fiddler and child porn producer and deserved no sympathy whatsoever.
I dont care that Nicole-Smith got all that money, she fought for it in the courts and won it, legally, whether i think she deserved it or not doesnt really matter, what matters is legally she was entitled to every cent she got, i just hope she had the sense to put enough of it in trust for her remaining children so they dont have to grow up with the stigma of being orphans of Anna Nicole, that is the real tragedy here, the fact that for the rest of their lives, these children are going to looked at by most people as the kids of a money grabbing whore

I would have to sorta agree with you here Lee, people to use drugs, must accept the risks involved and be responsible for her own actions.. However that being said, I can't help but think that there must be more to this story. It seems really odd to me that she died and collapsed almost exactly as her son did. It will be interesting to follow this story in the coming weeks to see if they don't actually go back and look over her sons death again.
Something just isn't adding up in my opinion.
