Do you know how many Americans live overseas, and how many Europeans have credit cards - and you are auto redirecting your foriegn traffic to a dialer pop up? Do your affiliates get a cut of THAT action?
Sure you can get a cut of that action of you sing up on partnership. But on PPS you you cant. The amount of transactions generated by forign traffic is not poportional to the amount of traffic. 95% of transactions are genreated from non forign traffic.
