The only feature I hope it will add is intuitive logic! That admin area is the biggest piece of shit in the online biz today, and I can say, without a doubt, navigating it is the biggest time waster in my working day.

Okay so some features id like to see in the new CCBill admin system are...

    1) I want to be able to see how much traffic a specific affiliate has sent in a specific timeframe, i also want to be able to put in a date range and if no affiliates have sent traffic during that date range, i want to be able to grab a list of their email addresses so i can contact them and find out why.

    2) Affiliates that have made sales, i want to be able to pull a list of affiliate sales in a 3 month period, and actually see how much traffic they sent, month by month to make however many sales they made, along with referring URLs.

    3) I want to be able to run reports for MORE THAN 90 DAYS at a time, i want to be able to pull a whole 12 months of reports figures on 1 page, especially sales data.

    4) I want to have a breakdown of ALL accounting based figures on 1 page, when a sale is made, i want to see how much of that sale went to the affiliate, how much went to CCBill in charges (in addition to what those charges were for) and also i want to see Visa fee's all on the same report.

    5) It would also be nice if i could get the affiliates mailing addresses without having to contact them so i can send them 1099's at the end of the year! I have closed more affiliate accounts because they were to lazy to send out their 1099's than i care to think about. Alternately, you guys need to collect their 1099 information for us and report their income on the program owners behalf.

    6) Would be nice if affiliates only needed 1 affiliate code to promote multiple programs, for example, instead of an account # have an account name 'affiliate' and the affiliate could link to any of the HunkMoney sites, Condom Cash sites, UKNakedMen site, etc using that SAME affiliate ID.

    7) In the emails that get sent out when a sale is made, instead of saying 'Account 929078-0003' tell me the site name, i really dont want to waste time logging in to WebAdmin to lookup what site '0003' is. I also want the fact that an affiliate made the sale, who the affiliate was, the time of the sale and everything else on 1 email not 2 or 3.

Thats enough for now but im sure ill think of some more stuff soon

    Regards,

    Lee

I used to love CCBill, but 80% of the time they blow my refferers, and there is no campaign function, so while i was nervous about so many using NATS before, i prefer NATS i know where i sold what and can repeat it, with CCBill, i have no idea wtf i am doing, so i got a sale so what where did it come from and how did i get it, that's what i need to know So campaigns and reliable refs i would kill for Then i will be back more with my ccbill only sponsors who i was mainly with in the past but now that i am making money seriously and need to know what to repeat, I need a NATS type of system or i am just "pissing in the wind" i need a daily, weekly and period average of sales, now that i have got to a certain level and when going to CCBill, not only not having a campaign, but it says ref NA is hopeless for me, so I made some $$$ that's nice but when will I do it again, and what did I do right??

Another feature that would rock is being able to raise payouts on a 'per site' basis.

I have a couple of sites right now that get 1/10th the traffic of the other sites but, they retain about 50% better, id like to be able to offer affiliates a raised payout on THOSE specific sites so they start sending more traffic to them and ultimately making more money.

I hate having to run raised payouts across all of the sites knowing that the ones that are doing exceptionally well are going to be losing me money whilst the ones that arent doing as well in terms of traffic are probably not going to improve much traffic wise.

how about the ability to be able to decide who to cascade to on declines, with affiliate credit being passed through to the other processor?
