    Luke we are not really worried at all. National Net has a fantastic rep. I think we are more jealous of you than anything else. We know you made the right move because we know how you value us as customers, and we certainly know you would not put your customers into the hands of anyone less in tune with us as you have been. Change is always interesting as it makes for new adventures.... we have no doubt it will all be okay.

    If not, we're all coming down to rip you out of the local pub, and I'm bringing Don Mike and his penchant for spanking things along with us!

    Hi All,

    My name is Bill and I actually run NationalNet. So far, you've gotten a couple of emails (one from Luke and one from Tony) but I'll be sending everyone an email on Monday that will include many details, including answers to questions that I'm sure lots of you have

    I don't know if you all remember, but last November or December we started doing some serious shopping for web hosts. We interviewed everyone and took a good three weeks of solid research and testing before we decided to go with NationalNet. I talked to Bill and Tomas at length and we had more than our fair share of conference calls. We sent test traffic to their network as well as a slew of the other contenders. We even set our alarms so that we could wake up at all all hours of the night and see how long it took someone to pick up the phone. We also tested emails to see how long it took to get a response. National Net beat the crap out of everyone else we looked at.

    As a matter of fact, just a couple of days ago I was giving a testamonial of National Net to a business friend of ours. I said watch this. I sent in a support ticket to National Net. Here is the log of that interaction:

    The first reply came in one minute after I put in the ticket and the whole conversation was all of 4 minutes. It doesn't matter if it is 2am on Christmas morning, someone will pick up the phone by the second ring for sure, although I'm pretty sure I've always gotten an answer in just one ring everytime I've ever called.

    Luke has put you all in the best hands. We actually tried to get a bid from Luke, but at the time he wasn't equiped to handle us. Now we get to host with Luke through proxy, ha.

    Seriously, I trust no one else with JustUsBoys and the guys at National Net totally take care of us day in and day out. We aren't the easiest of clients and are very demanding. They never flinch at anything.

    I could really give no greater vote of support to anything else in our industry. They are the most rock-solid part of my whole day.

    What a great testemonial Bryce! So we won't be having to wake Luke up at all.....looks like he will finally be able to get that sleep he's been coveting for so long. I knew you guys were happy with them from the comments I have heard you and John make along the way and if they can please JUB, that pretty much is about as much stamp of approval as anyone needs to feel comfortable with this transition.

    All our company sites are hosted with NationalNet since many, many years. And we are very happy with them up form the beginning.
    Now my private sites are also hosted with NationalNet. The best what can happen to me this year!
