I don't know if you all remember, but last November or December we started doing some serious shopping for web hosts. We interviewed everyone and took a good three weeks of solid research and testing before we decided to go with NationalNet. I talked to Bill and Tomas at length and we had more than our fair share of conference calls. We sent test traffic to their network as well as a slew of the other contenders. We even set our alarms so that we could wake up at all all hours of the night and see how long it took someone to pick up the phone. We also tested emails to see how long it took to get a response. National Net beat the crap out of everyone else we looked at.
As a matter of fact, just a couple of days ago I was giving a testamonial of National Net to a business friend of ours. I said watch this. I sent in a support ticket to National Net. Here is the log of that interaction:

The first reply came in one minute after I put in the ticket and the whole conversation was all of 4 minutes. It doesn't matter if it is 2am on Christmas morning, someone will pick up the phone by the second ring for sure, although I'm pretty sure I've always gotten an answer in just one ring everytime I've ever called.
Luke has put you all in the best hands. We actually tried to get a bid from Luke, but at the time he wasn't equiped to handle us. Now we get to host with Luke through proxy, ha.
Seriously, I trust no one else with JustUsBoys and the guys at National Net totally take care of us day in and day out. We aren't the easiest of clients and are very demanding. They never flinch at anything.
I could really give no greater vote of support to anything else in our industry. They are the most rock-solid part of my whole day.
